focused brand

Hogmoor Homes is a brand new venture and local estate agent but for those that don't like the traditional stuffy and sales led approach experienced by so many in the industry.

Owner, Holly Wilson approached BrandStorm as she wanted to support, work and collaborate with a local businesses in Bordon and Hogmoor and help create an identity for her new business as well as build her brand with a professional and consistent look and feel from the off. 

​

Hogmoor Homes are located in and serve the area of Hogmoor which is working towards becoming a green town with conservation and sustainability at it's heart. We wanted to link this with the brand and developed the idea and theme of nature and birds as our homes being like our nest.

 

From the logo and identity work to the messaging and ongoing marketing communications, the brand truly reflects the purpose and mission of the business of becoming 'home matchmakers' and spreading the love of everything this vibrant area has to offer.

The areas we worked on were:

• Logo design - simple design incorporating a Nuthatch bird - common to the local area.

• Identity such as colour palettes and typography - to bring freshness and energy.

• Strapline - A few words that tie everything together - "From flying the nest to spreading your wings"

• Marketing comms - leaflets, presentation folder, social graphics.
